Jesus said, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you." If you want God's presence in your life, it's as simple as: ask, seek, knock. There are many good things that we don't have because we don't ask God for them (and most good things aren't "things" at all!). God wants you to ask for what you want. He may not give you exactly what you ask for in the way you asked for it, but the Bible says that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him. God's plan is perfect, but it may not line up with our plan! When we ask God for something, we need to ask with a sense of, "Thy will be done" knowing that God will answer with what's best. If what you ask for is more of God's presence in your life, you'll be sure to have it because He is always what's best for you!
