Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice for us. He died on the cross to save us from our sins. And thinking about what Jesus went through for us (and for everyone who accepts his free gift) can really help us to put things into perspective. In this life, people will mistreat us, they will act unfairly, but if Jesus could even forgive the people who killed him, we can surely forgive the people who are mean to us.
