Advent means "arrival." During the Christmas season (which could also be called the Advent season) we celebrate the arrival of Jesus Christ! One of the many cool things about Advent is that we can celebrate the coming of Christ that has already happened (how He was born in Bethlehem, lived a perfect life, died for our sins, and rose again) and the coming of Christ that's still to come (When He will come to make all things new!). Let's remember and look forward to the arrival of Jesus Christ this Advent season!
